Dillali plans include access to all features of the basic plan, including invoicing, receipts, clients and reports. Read more about the Premium plan.
Is dillali the right for my business?
Even with just one customer, dillali is right for your business as you will grow to have more transactions. Dillali is for solopreneurs, freelancers, micro businesses, growing companies and every one that needs a simple solution to manage your books.
Will my information be secure?
We understand that we are storing your sensitive data and protecting it is our highest priority.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We take data and privacy very seriously and we are compliant with GDPR regulations. Dillali has adopted the best practices for user data protection.
What does it cost?
What happens after I register?
Once you have created an account, you can use all the features of dillali FREE. You have the option to choose any of the paid plans to upgrade your user experience.
Should you decide not to create a plan, not to worry – your information is safe and secure. You will always have access until you delete your account.
Can I change my subscription?
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. Whenever you switch subscription, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your business growth matters to us – as you grow, we grow.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There is no contract – Use for free and if you choose pay as you go for Premium features, quarterly or annually you can. You can cancel anytime without penalty.
What happens to my records when my subscription gets expired or downgraded?
You will have access to all your records and data even when you downgrade your plan.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We use Flutterwave for processing payments. We also support payments from PayPal wallets, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Discover bank cards.
Is there an additional discount when paid annually?
Yes, you save 20% when purchasing an annual subscription.
Can I have more than one business with my dillali account?
Yes! You can add multiple businesses on your dillali account. We understand that as a business person, you run more than one business and with dillali, you can add 2 independent businesses depending on subscription package. Both businesses’ data will be separate and you can switch between each one anytime, all the time.
What if I want to add my staff to manage our account, is this possible?
(Coming Soon).Yes, your staff can be given access to your dillali account. You as the dillali account owner can add your staff, assign roles to them and even set which sections of dillali app they have access to.
How do I know what my staff are doing on our account?
You will be notified for every entry made by your staff. Such information will be available under the notifications icon. You are in control!
What if my auditors want to access all our transactions?
(Coming Soon) Yes, this is one of the key functions of dillali – keeping all your financial records in one place. With the click of a button, you can generate all kinds of reports to share with your auditors electronically.
Do I need an accountant to use dillali?
Dillali is designed to be easy to use can work without or with an accountant. You can give access to your accountant anytime through team access.
Can my contacts be imported into dillali?
A feature coming soon. You will be able to import or add your contacts from your phone or address book or even a CSV / Excel list.
Why can't I just use applications like Excel or sites like Google Sheets?
At first glance, Excel or Google sheets seem quite straight forward. You can create all the entries you need in such applications. In order to make the best use of these tools, you need to know advanced formulas, linking sheets and others. dillali takes away the complex formulas and links all your information automatically so you don’t have to do all the hard work.
