Reminders, as the name implies, helps you send reminders to clients who are owing you either partial or outstanding debits. Reminders in Dillali, are sent via WhatsApp.

1. Go to Clients from your navigation bar.
2. Tap the Arrow in the right side of the client you want to send a reminder to
3. Tap the Send Reminder button. A popup will appear
4. Input your WhatsApp Number, or check that the one inputted by the system is correct.
5. Input your Client’s WhatsApp Number, be sure that the number is active on WhatsApp, as that is the number to which the reminder will be sent on WhatsApp.

Tap Send WhatsApp and a reminder will be sent to your client on WhatsApp!
